John Blystone, PE is the electrical department supervisor at the Great Lakes Brewing Company in Cleveland, OH. An electrical engineering graduate from The University of Akron, he spent 8 years in the foundry, chemical blending, coal power, and rubber industries automating industrial equipment before spending the last 5 years keeping the big lights on and the little lights blinking at GLBC. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, an ISA-certified Control Systems Engineer, and recently completed his MBA at Ohio University.
