After five years of brewing in North Carolina and Ohio, Chris Shields became the director of education for Rhinegeist Brewery in Cincinnati. Rhinegeist is a fast-growing, four-year-old brewery that produced 80,000 bbls in 2017. Before Rhinegeist, Chris served as head brewer at Mystery Brewing. He is in the MBAA, on the Education Committee for the OCBA, and is a Certified Cicerone.
