Ryan Scott founded Odd13 Brewing on a shoestring budget with his wife, Kristin, in 2013. Odd13 opened as a 10 bbl taproom-only brewery with no distribution and has since expanded into a 30 bbl production facility. Ryan has been in charge of production all along, learning as he goes and making the best decisions possible on the tight budget that breweries face every day.
