As brewmaster and founding member of Seismic Brewing Company, Andy Hooper has a unique perspective on designing, building, and running a sustainable craft brewery. Seismic Brewing Company in Santa Rosa, Calif. has a focus on water use and reclamation, as well as sustainable brewing practices. Andy draws upon his education in biochemistry at California Polytechnic as well as brewing school with the UC Davis Extension Program.
