As more and more states move to legalize recreational and medical cannabis, new opportunities and challenges arise, including for craft brewers. In this seminar, we will outline the current legal landscape regarding recreational and medical cannabis at both the state and federal level. The seminar will focus on specific areas of risk and opportunities for craft brewers related to cannabis such as CBD-infused beer and cannabis-related marketing and advertising.
