Paul Saginaw, co-owner and co-founder of Zingerman’s, will officially kick off the 2018 Craft Brewers Conference & BrewExpo America on Tuesday morning.

In March 1982, Saginaw and Ari Weinzweig joined forces to found Zingerman’s Delicatessen. They had two objectives: to produce a great corned beef sandwich, and to run an organization with soul.

Zingerman’s now has 22 partners, employs more than 750 people, and generates over $60 million in annual sales from 10 separate businesses—all while boasting a killer corned beef sandwich and soulful corporate culture.

Professing to have limited natural talent, Saginaw believes that the only real limits to success are those of vision. Propelled by this belief, he has racked up an impressive list of accomplishments, including a Champions of Change award from the White House in 2014 and a lifetime achievement award from Bon Appétit magazine.
