Marcus Reed is general counsel at Craft Brew Alliance, based in Portland, Ore. He focuses on brewery partnerships, production arrangements, distribution, and government affairs. Prior to joining CBA, he represented a number of craft breweries and cideries as outside counsel. Marcus is also a regular guest instructor with the Portland State University Business of Craft Brewing program and is on the board of directors of the Oregon Brewers Guild and the Craft Beverage Lawyers Guild.
