Tom Britz is the CEO of Glacier Hops Ranch in Whitefish, Mont., where he has been pioneering niche markets in hop ingredients. Tom is a former at-large director of Hop Growers of America, and was national chairman of the HGA's Small Grower Council. Tom has a decades-long career in new business development, including stints in the ski resort industry, payments industry, and agriculture.
