Dr. Daniel Sharp is a recent graduate of Oregon State University, studying in Dr. Thomas Shellhammer’s lab. His research focuses on factors that affect hop aroma in beer, which can in turn be used by brewers to predict and control it. He is employed as director of brewing operations at Ninkasi Brewing Company. Daniel is a member of the MBAA scholarship committee.
