Liz Pratt is a sensory specialist at Rising Tide Brewing in Portland, Maine. She completed beer flavor analysis training at Tufts University and has worked with small New England breweries to organize, analyze, and communicate the complexity and character of their high-quality craft beers. She serves as secretary for MBAA District New England.
