Barbara Gerovac is president of the Orange County (California) Brewers Guild. A 2004 graduate of the American Brewers Guild, she began as cellarmaster at Shenandoah Brewing Company, then moved to head brewer at Founders Brewpub in Alexandria, Va. Returning to her native Southern California, she brewed at Red Car Brewery and Union Cattle Company in Los Angeles County. In 2011, Barbara and Greg Gerovac reopened the pre-Prohibition Anaheim Brewery, a small production brewery with a large beer garden.
