Jules Bailey is chief stewardship officer for the Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative. He ensures that Oregon’s deposit and redemption system remains convenient and relevant. He is also responsible for new initiatives including the BottleDrop Refill program for refillable beer bottles.
