Vince Assetta has been the general manager and head brewer at Straub since 2010, and was appointed vice president in 2012. He has an associate degree in brewing from the Siebel Institute in Chicago. Vince is responsible for brewery operations, accounting, and finance. Over the past several years, Vince and his team started an R&D program that has spawned a lineup of Straub specialty beers.
