Nathan Sanborn is co-owner and director of brewing operations at Rising Tide Brewing Company. He began homebrewing in 1994 and stepped into professional brewing in October 2010, founding Rising Tide with a 1 barrel brewhouse. He now manages all brewing operations at Rising Tide's 15 barrel clean beer brewery, off-site warehouse, and wild beer facility, overseeing a team of 25. He also serves on the board of the University of Southern Maine’s QC2 lab.
