Jim Cornwell is managing partner of Sartre restaurant in OTR Cincinnati, providing creative leadership for the neo-brasserie. He envisions a space that is free to express itself with character and integrity outside the normal paradigms that restrict creative momentum. Jim was formerly the co-owner/executive chef at Dutch’s Larder, a craft beer and salumi playground located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Cincinnati.
