Bill Kilpatrick has 41 years of experience in the glass container industry, preventing and resolving quality-related issues in O-I factories. He represented O-I in the development of international standards for food safety prerequisite programs for food packaging. Bill holds a B.S. in ceramic engineering from Alfred University in New York.
