For 15 years, Joy Will has been involved with various aspects of HR at Alaskan Brewing. In addition to her role in HR, she has been involved in accounting, sales administration, and marketing. She is a member of the executive committee for the Craft Beer HR Group as well as a board member for the Southeast Alaska SHRM Chapter.
