Cassie Poirier began her career in the brewing industry as a chemist at MillerCoors in 2013 and currently works in the Technical Services department at Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. of Chilton, Wis. In her current role, Cassie focuses on sensory research and development. She is an active member of the American Society of Brewing Chemists Sensory Subcommittee and serves as ASBC webinar chair.
