Dan Sartwell was the first hire to join the 14th Star team in March of 2013 and he was promoted to Brewmaster in 2014. As Brewmaster, Dan is in charge of every aspect of the production of 14th Star beer, including ingredient selection, creating unique beer recipes, and overseeing his brew team of six. Dan is 1 of 9 Certified Cicerones® in the state of Vermont.
