Doug Goettsch is co-founder and managing partner at Big Grove Brewpub in Solon, Iowa, and partner in Big Grove Brewery and Taproom in Iowa City. He is also partner in two other restaurants in the Iowa City area. He has a B.A. in Foodservice Management as well as a certificate from The Culinary Institute of America’s Accelerated Culinary Arts Program. He is also an A.C.F. certified chef de cuisine. Prior to opening Big Grove Brewery’s original location, he was the director of corporate relations at The Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley.
