Matthew Laibson has been part of the quality team at Ballast Point for more than four years. He started at the Scripps Ranch location as a quality analyst, then transitioned to help start the lab at the Miramar facility when that became operational. Matthew co-founded Ballast Point’s field quality program, which focuses on integrating brewing science and fun beer education to help drive everyday improvements.
