A former winemaker, Jayne Lewis has been brewing for more than 14 years with roles at Little Creatures Brewing, Matilda Bay Garage, and as head brewer at Mountain Goat Brewery. In 2011, Jayne teamed up with longtime friend Danielle Allen to found Australia’s first female-owned brewery, Two Birds Brewing. Jayne holds a Bachelor of Science (Vit & Oen) and has completed a Diploma in Brewing through the Institute of Brewing and Distilling in the UK.
