Michael Webster started at the TTB (at the time ATF) in 2001 as a chemist in the Beverage Alcohol Laboratory. As a chemist, he analyzed samples for alcohol content, pesticides in wine, and other analytes in support of TTB programs. In 2015, after approximately 13 years as an analytical chemist, Michael transitioned to malt beverage labeling where he applied regulatory policy to COLA submissions. He recently accepted a position as a labeling quality assurance specialist.
