Bill Caster has worked for the government for 22 years, 19 of them with ATF/TTB. He is a program analyst at TTB’s National Revenue Center and has experience with all of the entities TTB regulates (tobacco, breweries, distilleries, wineries) regarding application and amendment processes. He has extensive knowledge and understanding of the federal regulations pertaining to the alcohol industry and has been intimately involved in the development and ongoing support of TTB’s Permit Online system since its inception.
