Mark Jockers, recognized communication and public affairs leader, has more than 25 years of experience in the water and natural resources sector. Mark is at the forefront of using qualitative and quantitative research to understand public values and beliefs in order to craft compelling stories about water and our relationship to it. Mark has directed the Pure Water Brew™ communication and outreach efforts since its inception in 2014; sparking an international conversation about reuse by working with brewers to make beer from wastewater effluent in order to highlight the nature of water, reuse, water technology…and delicious beer. Mark brings expertise in reuse communication, consulting with utilities, engineers and brewers in Florida, Arizona and Colorado and is a founding member of the Pure Water Brewing Alliance.
