Derek works with breweries and distributors on raising capital, strategic M&A situations, ESOPs, stock issuance, and litigation/shareholder disputes. In a prior life, Derek was an investment banker, winery owner, and competitive tennis player. His favorite beer is anything that fills up an empty pint glass.
