Eric Desmarais is a fourth-generation hop grower and owner of CLS Farms in the Yakima Valley. After graduating from Washington State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics, Eric returned to the Yakima Valley to start his own farm. CLS Farms is dedicated to producing hops to support the burgeoning U.S. and global craft beer movement.
