Buster Grant is head brewer of Brecon Brewing and national chairman of the Society of Independent Brewers. He completed an MSc in Brewing & Distilling at Heriot Watt in Edinburgh in 1999. A position at WH Brakspear in Henley on Thames ended when that historic brewery closed its doors in 2002. After running the Breconshire Brewery, the opportunity arose for Buster to establish Brecon Brewing. He has been heavily involved in the Welsh brewing scene, working with Drinks Wales and becoming national chairman of SIBA in 2017.
