Xiang S. Yin is the director of brewing research and innovation at Rahr Corporation. He previously worked as global director of brewing raw materials at SABMiller and as global technical and innovation director at Cargill. Xiang is a fellow of the IBD, a past president of MBAA West Canada, and served ASBC as president. He is the author or coauthor of more than 60 papers and patents. Xiang received his Ph.D. from Heriot-Watt University.
