Pattie Aron manages the technical research and brewing laboratories in the Brewing Research and Innovation group at Rahr Malting's Shakopee, Minn. headquarters. She obtained a B.S. in biochemistry from Elmira College and an M.S. and Ph.D. in food science and technology from Oregon State University. Pattie previously worked on the Applied Brewing and Research team at MillerCoors.
